Ruud de Vries ist ein niederländischen Saxophonist mit einem auffallenden Stil und Sound. Er zählt zu den aktivsten niederländischen Saxophonisten in der Live Muzik Szene.
2 Formationen sind das Ergebnis seiner Eigenwilligkeit. UNGAWA (anregender Afroroots Jazz) und SCOOPS (traditioneller Jazz).
Ruud arbeitet auch häufig zusammen mit DJ’s. Mit seiner Band war er Teilnehmer des bekannten North Sea Jazz Festival. |
